Change slack channel reference from shift3 to Bitwise Industries #298

Expected Behavior

In the main README.md file it should say join bitwiseindustries.slack.com instead of shift3tech.slack.com.

Actual/Current Behavior

In the main README.md file it says to join shift3tech.slack.com and that channel is no longer in use anymore.
