[bug]: Nativescript + Angular urls no longer exist #357

Expected Behavior

best-practices/native/nativescript/README.md should have working links.

Actual/Current Behavior

Awesomebot has identified some nativescript tutorials that no longer work for angular:

We should fix these links with the equivalent tutorials or replace them with relevant urls/more docs. If they are no longer relevant, then we should think about removing this page from the S&P repo. This should be open to discussion.
