Purpose

Describe the problem or feature in addition to a link to the issues. Currently, throughout our standards and practices, the spelling of Github is not consistent.

How does this change address the problem? This PR will update our documents to the company's spelling, GitHub #385

@michaelachrisco @coreyshuman I tried to push this branch to https://github.com/Shift3/standards-and-practices but get permission error. So I had to push to my forked repo and was not able to add @PR_team
