This PR adds the following changes and fixes while being completely backwards compatible with older Anki versions: New version compatibility fix:

[x] closes #44 - 2.1.55
[x] closes #59 - 2.1.55

Bugfixes:

[x] closes #52 - small buttons in "add"-window
[x] closes #55 - re-add dark windows title bar
[x] closes #60 - fix unnecessary horizontal slider in "deck"-window

Add-on compatibility fixes:

[x] Visual issue with Contanki
[x] Visual issue with NDFS
[x] closes #51 - Visual issue with ARBb
