Add alertmanager to solution #8

Add a new image/container with an alertmanager image and all required dependencies. Configure the solution and add triggers to send e-mails on conditions met. All branches related to alertmanager will be created from 8-add-alertmanager-solution and merged back to it before full implementation goes to main
