As a new user of the FCL Web App I would like to learn the features by doing. Speech bubbles pointing at buttons and requesting me to do something would be of great help.

Nice to have but it might take too much time. Lets rather include a tutorial and finish and upload the FAQ and put this ticket into the icebox, @afalenski ?
