FoodChain-Lab Web App

Introduction

The FoodChain-Lab Desktop application is a software for collecting, handling and analyzing food delivery data in an investigation of a foodborne disease outbreak. Documentation for the Desktop application can be found here.

The Web application of FoodChain presented here just covers the analysis part. When ready, it is planned to be integrated into food delivery data management systems of national authorities.

FCL Web received funding from the EFSA-BfR Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA) GP/EFSA/AMU/2016/01 and GP/EFSA/AMU/2020/02 as well as the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 773830 (One Health European Joint Programme, COHESIVE) and was supported by budget funds of the BfR.
