Prepare for NodeJS 20 update

Client will build and run on node 20 (see https://github.com/SiLeBAT/fcl-client/pull/802) but shows a lot of warnings about outdated and deprecated dependencies we are using (see below). It would be beneficial to update or remove many of these dependencies.

Among other problems, our no longer supported angular version is causing us to be unable to update webpack to a newer version. The version we are using contains an XSS vulnerability.

While I believe we are currently not affected by this vulnerability, since we don't display and user generated content like comments/images (except the tracing data uploaded by our users?) we should still strive to update angular to a newer version.
