AiO: Template validation - Warning modal

As a user, I would like to see if there are issues with my uploaded AiO template (e.g. in case some invalid data was discarded from the dataset) or if there are plausibility issues with my uploaded data. This ticket deals with creating a modal to show the warnings. The actual cases in which warnings occur will be added sequentially in separate tickets.

Please add a red warning triangle (styled as the "draft" icon at ROA button) on the right side of the file name in the blue menu bar. When the mouse hovers over the triangle, a tool-tip is triggered which states "Data import warnings". When clicking on the warning triangle, the warning modal is opened.

Warning modal:

• a modal should be opened in the center of the FCL canvas.
• The modal should be movable (DevNote: the Station Properties dialogue can be reused, also in terms of design --> put into reusable component).
• The heading should be "Data import warnings" followed by a list of warning messages.
• Clicking the close button or clicking somewhere else in FCL Web closes the modal.
• make modal as responsive as possible with regard to screen sizes
