[REQUEST] Versions information and config, like which SDK version used, which version of Zigbee stack, etc. #2

@SillyDay First of all, thanks for this!

Would you mind including versions information, like exactly which version of the SDK used, which version of EmberZNet PROD Zigbee stack, and versions of other dependencies so others can if they want lookup what affect what feature and function or bug-fixes was included in these images?

It would also be nice if included any information about the config used when building these.
