Add -w/warmupCooldown argument and use it to manage percentage of messages in warmup/cool down phase #19

Implements -w argument which specifies percentage of PerfMessage messages in warmup phase and also in cooldown phase. In other words, percentage of messages in warmup phase is half of the percentage specified with this argument (and the same holds for percentage f messages in cool down phase.
