Sinden Lightgun on Arch Linux, not working yet. #5

With driver 1.06 the mouse works on x86 Arch. Unfortunately, Retroarch PSX-HW seems not to pick up the mouse movement Buttons work. In Time Crisis calibration screen I see the mouse pointer move with the gun, I hear the gun sound when I pull the trigger, but no red X appears on the screen pointing out where I hit the screen. If I switch to a real mouse, the cursor is visible and moves with the mouse and pulling the trigger shows a red X on the screen. The Wiimote, which I expected the Sinden would replace, keeps working.

I created a fork here https://github.com/mdeguzis/sinden-lightgun-linux with the intention to make this work for any Arch/Debian derivative as a start. The original repo is heavily retropie only. I did have trouble with the current beta from https://sindenlightgun.com/drivers/ actually working without crashing, so there's that :(

Here's a log from ChimeraOS. Configure has no cursor, but it seems to work when I move to lower right to exit configure. ChimeraOS runs on top of Arch Linux, mostly the same + SteamOS bits.

This is using the 2.05 Beta for Linux. sindenlightgun-chimeraos-log.txt
