Added multi language support for autopause and bequiet
Added Simplified Chinese support for autopause and bequiet
Updated syntax for caster_assister
All compiled with sm1.11-6964

Looks good to me, thanks for providing the compiler version used! 👍 Nitpicky sidenote, you could've stripped the public tag from the command handlers and IncreaseSpecspeed function.

Appreciate for that. I've been doing some code optimizations and translation supports around this repo. If it is fine I would keep working on this.
