This PR contains v1.3.8.

v1.3.8 includes:

Removed startRecording and stopRecording methods
Fixed an issue where transparent view was overlayed UIKit apps while the Toast was visible. This caused the user to be unable to interact with any on screen components until the Toast was dismissed.
