Possible bugs detected with ASN model #4

As having been pointed out by the user, ASN(node-level) may have bugs in the features. Some model features, including encoder setting (like PPMI, CachedGCN), and hyper-param setting (recon loss) should be modified according to ASN original paper. We will update code ASAP.
