Build-in recording option #397

Hi Mattias,

I know I have asked this before, but I want to ask you again to check whether it's possible to have an option to record match build into Tolaria. Off course there is 3rd party software avaiable (like OBS), but most players don't have this or don't want to install/use this so it would be very helpful to have this build in just like a paid Whereby room can at the moment.

For XPT e.g. we now have a paid Whereby account (donated by a player) so that we can use that to record matches, like the finals etc. But I would rather have everyone stick to Tolaria!

Implemented as a new experimental feature of the new match room.
