Reporting match results should be possible asynchronusly

Hi Slanfan, great work on the app overall!

One issue that's been frustrating is trying to report match results. It seems to work fine when both people are online and in the match room, but for my first match, we didn't realize that was the case and reporting asynchronously doesn't seem possible. Both my opponent and I have gone in to try and report, but filling out the form and checking the box gives a "waiting for opponent to confirm result" message and there's nothing to be done but close the report window or navigate away from the app. Then when the other person goes in, it's the same issue.

Would be great if it actually worked as a form and could be submitted + confirmed outside the context of a live match.
