Improvement request - being able to only show regions/unfollow of hide certain users events #517

Just a thought.

So your event page gets uncluttered, and making it easier to find your events.

Could you elaborate some more? You want to have user defined settings or filters saved between sessions?

Filter regions, so, lets say "america" shows only us events. Be able to hide certain users events also. Sometimes someone might clutter up the event page with similar events all over.

Region is not a part of the event configuration and therefore not possible to filter on. Not certain if that is something I want to add as it will affect how events are created.

When I create the Google location search and I get coordinates I can grab country and region more easily. But that will only apply for events created by users who actually enter this information.

For online tournaments the region will be worldwide.

What kind of events are you expecting to see?

Ok. Then maybe having "attending events" first, or filter to them might be very good. Additionaly, if possible in the future, maybe having "upcoming events by user/region you have attended before" would be a way of getting a better overview.
