Can't start game #2

1.3.0 works fine, but when updating to post 1.3.0 this happens:

Version 1.3.0 behaves normally: Demonstration Version 1.4.1 breaks the game: Demonstration

LogOutput.log

The spawning issue seems to stem with GameMaster: Github Thunderstore

When disabling it, you spawn in correctly but the mod doesn't do anything it seems Even with only HDLC enabled there isn't anything changed:
