Make the docker log more verbose #3

Currently, the log displayed by photofield in the console of the docker environment is fairly scant, almost useless when something does not work. Add more information to the log, such as:

path to the configuration.yaml file if any
path to the indexed image folder(s)
number of photos indexed
type of photo extensions considered, etc.
