The main change in this refactor is a major update to the comprehensiveness of the weather info, which is now accessible at all frequencies between 0 and 2 THz and for all dates starting from January 1, 2012 up until part of the way through 2023. More sites have also been added, including a number of additional existing radio facilities like GBT and the GMVA dishes.
A number of syntactical modifications have been made as well, so this is a breaking update.
