In the User / circle control panel we need to manage all user notifications

• [ ] Join requests / accepts / denies
• [ ] Group permission access changes
• [ ] mentions in posts, comments
• [ ] responses to comments
• [ ] comment or post likes
• [ ] messages (see next ticket)
• [ ] Event Invites & Updates
• [ ] project Creation
• [ ] task assignment / comment / mention
• [ ] task tag / stage change
• [ ] Poll creation (With deadline) - should stay in notification until deadline or if user ignores or chooses a delegate
• [ ] file / folder shared or comment mention
• [ ] reminders from calendar and video conferences

We also need to look into email notifications, mail campaigns
