All members have a messenger but circles can choose to have this APP activated or not:

The Chat feature is based off a messenger like WhatsApp

[ ] Once opened all open chats and Circels to be visible
[ ] Messages to show in user profile dashboard along with notifications
[ ] if messenger / chat is clicked on circle -> Chat is opened with circle / group already opened.
