Circles can create projects with following options:

[ ] All members | select groups | invite members manually
[ ] All projects can either be all members can create and edit and assign or ONLY admins. only those two options
[ ] Projects come default with 3 tags TODO | BUSY | DONE
[ ] More tags can be created and order can be changed
[ ] Drag & Drop interface
[ ] Tasks can be created / assigned
[ ] Integrate Notes or maybe just comments with mentions?
[ ] Task tag / stage changes can be published on circle feed
