Need the Copyright Statement field to be static, not dynamic: (the metadata values we currently have for the rights statement are from a controlled list of terms); need to be able to filter by rights statement (right now it’s an open text field that I cannot filter contents by)

Ongoing Data Migration

Description: Currently, interns are working on moving content rights information from the "Right Statement" field to the "Rights Holder" field. No development is needed on this issue at the moment.

Next Steps: After all the data has been migrated, the "Rights Statement" field can be deleted.
