BTS9 updates #53

After testing some additional files with nda version 130 that did not return any data, I believe this is a more robust solution. Data starts at byte 1024 and that the identifier bytes are not fixed values.

@AdamOpps can you test if this changes anything with your files?

Sorry, this had fallen off my plate. I tried a couple files and everything seemed to work out as normal. I'd say send it!
