Customizer project feature

We need to create a feature that would allow members to register manufacturers and become roles of that manufacturer.

They could then create projects and track those projects that they offer. Eventually turning them into collectibles. They could be private one off projects or they can be full fledge figures they are selling.

Users can also create interest projects directly for a manufacturer or they could create an interest project not tied to a manufacturer. That way manufacturers could express interest in projects created.

Users could also vote on projects that manufacturers want to make to gauge interest.

There would have to be a lot of different stages. Each stage might have some requirements, like 90 day completion or a followup every week, or posting of photos every week or something.

We would need a review system for each project/manufacturer.

Registered members of manufacturers would be able to directly add collectibles to that manufacturer without approval.

The whole project thing would just be for those projects. We would have to redo the manufacturer home page.

Add a new tab to the user stash page to show the projects an individual user is working on.

To initially start we can build out features so that users can create and manage a manufacturer. Which basically means they can create collectibles for that manufacturer without approvals and manage what they have.
