Use retail price as base price when calculating estiamted worth #233

If a collectible doesn't have any listings, use retail price instead

Not sure I want to mess with the collectibles_price_facts table because they would be a more permanent data solution.

I can update the stash view so that if there is no average price, use the retail price. Same when calculating stash totals

Done but sorting will be a bit screwed up because of it
