I'm no CSS/JS wizard and the website could really use one. Anyone want to take the lead on the design/implementation of the frontend?

Design/Develop the UI (CSS/Bootstrap?)
Add JS for automatic refresh (using JSON APIs)
Templating? Theming?

Let me know your ideas! I'd love to hear them.

So after some discussion offline. Bootstrap will be the front-end of choice since its quick and simple. If you disagree, let me know (or comment here) and we can chat!
