Currently the CacheManager only allows for fetching the entire user timeline at once. This is not always needed, and would be enhanced with 2 additional features:

Given a number (n), fetch n posts from the top of the timeline.
Given a number (n) and a starting guid (g), fetch n posts, before g if g is negative and after g if g is positive.

In the feed/feedreader there are 2 functions that do exactly this but for the user's feed.
