I am working on porting your arduino version to esp8266

I am having a few questions

why not using the SPI.h arduino library for accessing the SPI? Is there any HW issue I should be aware of?

why waiting for MOSI_PIN to come low? MOSI is master out slave in, so the CC1101 shouldn't force it to low?
