Port Disconnect #21

I keeping having this issue come up, while mid cut (openbuilds control) on a Xpro-V4 controller.

[disconnect] PORT INFO; Port closed

It happens at random intervals on various gcodes. I've tried flashing the controller, resetting all Grbl settings, updating the control software, running the program on windows and a mac, reset mac PRAM/SMC, change usb sleep setting on windows, re-wired everything from the cnc to control board, new usb cord from controller to the computers, re-created the gcode. nothing seems to work.

i have a same problem. i use extra gound cables for the cnc frame, but mostly, when my spindle touch the aluminium 5-20sec and disconnect. close the usb port. with wood, i can play max 3 hour. my spindle my motors, the xpro cold everytime.
