No, it's not currently possible. SerenityOS is mostly an experimental OS and does not support many of the features needed by ecode to run. I took some inspiration over the implementation of some of its libraries. It improbable that it will be supported in the near future given its limitations.
I have never used this OS but I have read about it. I see you mentioned it in Acknowledgments.
