Allow to turn off single instance mode #345

Personal preferences differ greatly. My friend prefers to use ecode as a better notepad. He doesn't want reusing of existing instances to open new files. He wants to have a new instance (he said window) for each file, just like notepad.

It can be disabled at: Settings -> Window -> Enable Single Instance
