Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Support for the TestNg framework would be a really nice enhancement.

Describe the solution you'd like A module similar to Junit5 with its own Jar file.

Finally got this out with some other improvements. you will find it released in version 0.13.0 on Maven Central soon! 👍
