Inherit Hoverfly annotations #296

Mark all Hoverfly mode annotations as @Inherited to simplify complex tests setup.

This makes the annotation lookup mechanism to check superclasses as well.

Hello @tommysitu, any chance this change could be merged and released? It will greatly help in extensive test suites.
