Regorganzed confis & working on getting DBC demo to work #82

I was by no means finished with this ticket, but Bram requested a draft PR already to take a look at it. I see there are things to address indeed. There should be no LAN IP addresses as those can be overridden with .env.local vars in local dev environments now.
