This PR removes the redundant spine-logging dependency, which belongs to the Spine 2.0 ecosystem, while the Chords libs themselves are based on Spine 1.9.
The presence of spine-logging was apparently causing a conflict in the downstream project, hence this is also an experiment to see whether this update might fix that issue.
