This PR improves the documentation for the Chords library suite, mainly by extending its README.md files to include the main knowledge that helps getting started with the libraries.
Besides the READMEs, it also contains the suppression of some unchecked casts, as can be seen in this commit: https://github.com/SpineEventEngine/Chords/pull/37/commits/0b052961bef9e5005d9f38519512f5c922c470a7
