This PR updates the gradle.properties file to precisely match the one from the config module (seems it wasn't copied for some reason automatically as well, so I created it manually after some respective error reported by gradle-doctor).
My bold guess is that the latest publishing error (see below) might have failed due to the missing EOL in the previous version of gradle.properties.
