Spotless ktlint version gets marked as unsued when set with versionFor() #641

🐛 Describe the bug

ktlint version gets marked as unused in versions.properties.

⚠️ Current behavior

Version gets marked as unused.

✅ Expected behavior

For version not to be marked as unused.

💣 Steps to reproduce

Create Android project with Kotlin.
Add gradle spotless plugin com.diffplug.spotless:spotless-plugin-gradle.
Add version.com.pinterest.ktlint..ktlint-core=0.47.1 to versions.properties.

Add to build.gradle:

spotless {
kotlin {
    ktlint(versionFor(rootProject, "com.pinterest.ktlint:ktlint-core:_"))
}
}

Run ./gradlew refreshVersions and check versions.properties to see ktlint version marked as unused.
