Consider adding more CLI tools #4

I should consider adding more tools that enhance the CLI experience to the point you can work with TTY only, like for example ranger and spotify-tui and spotifyd as I had planned before (although spotifyd could maybe be substituted for just a connection to my phone but maybe I can get alsa working)

This might be a good alternative to asdf now that I think about it https://nixos.org/ For more color themes with Base16 this might be useful: https://github.com/base16-builder/base16-builder

Checked Nix-Shell, not a viable solution, it's worse than using the AUR, as bad as just using apt, can't believe the way they act when their tool is this way
