The Quest Book doesn't tell player when a new Quest is available, and this is especially irritating when new quests have opened up on tabs the player previously explored. This means telling the player tips and tricks are available is very important.

Furthermore, the player won't know what to do with the incense burner unless we add a little 'end' quest that tells them what to do. OR if we add some rewards to auto-complete quests.

Removing checkmarks from some of the 'tips' quests may fix this, as the rewards will be automatically available and the quest book will flag them with an exclamation mark for pickup.

Attempting to fix the primary problem using hidden 1s timers, which should direct attention to quests in tips and tricks. Also added loot to quests in 'offers to arceus' to draw attention to it.

Removing checkmarks doesn't work; instead of quests being auto-completed, they show as having no way to be completed.
