Bad news / good news.

Bad News:

I do not see any Emoji that are flags (at least anywhere I look within the UCD). If you're aware of some specific characters that are flags, please let me know.

Good news:

Flags are indirectly covered by an issue in PSSVG

Basically, just give it the URL of a page full of images and an Alt tag and let it go to work :-)

Slightly bad news:

That build of PSSVG needs some more work before it goes out the door.
