Fixes #1

Also:

fixes source map url,
splits build in 2 steps: build-js and build-css
extracts requirejs path and shim configs to index.html - this is the exact fix to initial issue: we don't need main.js to be included into build for running tests but it's required to run application.

Btw this fix allows to run test with karma, but not with grunt-karma:

 karma start tests/karma-compiled.conf.js

But not:

grunt karma:ci

@dmitryevseev so annoying that it doesn't work from Grunt… I want to have one other quick look at that after lunch.

Yep, I also think it's feasible, I did not look at that yet
