Sleep Mode 2 AND stability? #23

It might just be a pipe dream but so far so good, Timing can still be narrowed down quite a bit but currently the big concern is: Will it get caught sleep looping!?!

Because that is bad and no fun.

Not worried about timings at this point, more concerned with its ability to keep itself running. Timing updates will come! (and when they do we should be able to more effectively use all 4 channels)

We will also need to add an offset array to subtract out the last found channel from the first channel wait time if !(needsTimingCalibration)

shifted wake up to a tad earlier, it seemed the later in the day, the more packets it slept through

currently seems to scan an average of 8 seconds... so maybe that was a silly shift to make
