Added an option to allow an alternate usb protocol suitable for the dexterity android app and similar (eg python-usb-wixel-xdrip)

Flag is defaulted to off and only alters behaviour when being powered by usb.

This change makes wixel-xDrip compatible with dexterity again and also the python script (python-usb-wixel.py)

Once compatible, the wixel can be used with the "wifi wixel" mode of the xDrip app.
