Improved version of #52.

[X] Replace TabSeparatedFileReader.java with improved CSVReader.java
[X] Add system_list.csv with list of games
[X] Debug menu option to test FileIO
[X] Display console list in NewGameWindow

Currently uses shortened console names in the game display list.

May break BlueJ support due to file path differences. (src/resources/system_list.csv vs resources/system_list.csv)
