Implement new GO Sharing MDS feed

Hierdoor is het "aantal ritten per voertuig per dag" onbetrouwbaar.

Sinds 2021-10-13 is de ritdata onbetrouwbaar.

DO: Communiceer opnieuw aan GO Sharing.

Maak monitoring tool:

[ ] 1. Start monitoring: maak lege array voor bijhouden unieke vehicle_ids
[ ] 2. Elke keer dat feed binnenkomt: sla unieke vehicle_ids op in array
[ ] 3. Laat dit 24 uur draaien
[ ] 4. Kijk of aantal unieke voertuig-IDs veel groter is dan totaal aantal voertuigen van aanbieder

GO Sharing has offered a new MDS feed. Before they used a GBFS feed that was not fully following the CROW Dashboard requirements.

For the new MDS feed, we got this example command and documentation URL (see below). We are going to test if everything works fine.
