Add template for `.gitconfig` file #157

This file provides examples and support for:

  1. Multiple signing keys
  2. Rewriting https to ssh in URLs to simplify usage with GitHub
  3. Global .gitignore file.
  4. Some useful setup and aliases for git, i.e., deleting locally all branches that are deleted upstream.
